Cinco de Mayo 5/5/10 - Rubio's Fundraiser

Wednesday May 5th, Cinco de Mayo from 2-8pm at the Rubio’s Fresh Mexican Grill in Santa Clarita!


Whether you plan to eat at Rubio’s, take food to go, or pick up a Rubio’s a-Go-Go Catering order, you will be helping to support the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society!

Rubio’s will donate 20% of transactions back to Specialty Team in Training, but you must bring in the flyer!

***Please remember to bring the flier into the cashier to receive credit!

Trails in Santa Clarita

TNT Bracelet Sales

Custom-made bracelets were made to sell to our co-workers and friends. Here is a sample below of what they look like…

We will be selling these for $1.00. If you know of other people that are interested in purchasing a bracelet, please contact Nicole Hank or Lloyd Andres.

So far we have made $219 in bracelet sales. There are still 84 bracelets left to sell!!!

Specialty has also donated the proceeds from the sale of office chairs to our fundraising! That's another $100! And.... the QuestCares committee held a Diversity Potluck last year which the proceeds are also being donated. Another $300! Thank you to Sandy Paullin and the QuestCares committee!

Lab Week "Hands" Fundraiser

On Monday, April 19, 2010, the Lab Week Committee will be selling paper "hands" for $1.00 each. The purchaser will write their name on the "hand" and it will be posted in the lunchroom. All proceeds will go to the group TNT fundraising. Don't forget to stop by from 8-9:30 or 11:30-1 to help out! We made $145 from this fundraiser!

Our First Restaurant Fundraiser - Red Brick Pizza

April 15th - Tax Day - was our first restaurant fundraiser! Red Brick Pizza. The delicious pizzas and salads were a great way to kick off fundraising as a group. Red Brick graciously dontaed 20% of the total sales. We made $75 from this fundraiser.
